I am a working-class Actor, Motion Capture Artist & Multi-Disciplinary Practitioner. Originally from Cumbria, I have worked both regionally & internationally travelling as far as Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong & Singapore.

 

​I have been a regular company member at the National Theatre working with directors including, Lyndsey Turner, Stephen Daldry and Rufus Norris.

 

I am an Associate Artist of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and I regularly facilitate for The Old Vic on their School's Club programme, delivering bespoke workshops to schools from areas with poor arts provisions.

Priding myself on versatility, and with a keen interest in movement, my work in Motion and Performance Capture has taken me into the world of computer games and VFX.

​

I gained my PG Cert (HE) in Performance Teaching at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and hold Fellowship (FHEA) from Advance HE. I am at the forefront of Actor Training within Digital Technologies. Specialising in Virtual Environments, over several academic years I have gone on to prepare students for work in Motion & Performance Capture at a number of the UK’s leading Drama Schools including Guildhall School of Music & Drama, RADA, LAMDA, LIPA, Italia Conti, Rose Bruford College and Identity School of Acting.

As a Director, I represented Theatre by the Lake on RTYDS’ new initiative, New Directions North. Skills learned here, along with my specialism in Virtual Environments, led me to work as a Performance Director on Baldur's Gate 3 (Winner of Game of the Year 2023) for PitStop Productions and Larian Studio.​

​

I am also a fully qualified Daoist Flow Yoga Teacher.
